Margaret Conley founded Binary Star Productions, Inc. with Louis Roth in 2001. She has been the controller of an innovative software company, since 1993. Ms. Conley's background is a unique combination of business and performing arts. Not only is she a graduate of U.C.L.A. and the Los Angeles Film School, she has also attended the Stella Adler Acting Academy. She is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.

Louis Roth - CEO

Louis Roth began making Super 8mm films in his teens and received recognition in the KERA-TV Young Filmmakers Festival. After locating to Los Angeles in 1979, Louis worked both behind and in front of the camera. As a publicity assistant at Canon Films and a casting coordinator at Ralph Edwards Productions, Louis gained a working knowledge of corporate Hollywood. Louis has appeared in the movies, Columbus: The Discovery, Hook! and Robin Hood: Men in Tights in addition to other films. Mr. Roth is an instructor at the prestigious Stella Adler Academy of Acting.

Since the founding of Binary Star Productions, Inc. in 2001, Louis and Margaret have made several short films together. They are currently planning several feature-length projects, with a documentary to be released late 2005.
